Order execution and delivery time
All the orders are delivered within 2-6 working days (except for tailor made products). Orders that are placed online by 14:00 are processed by us on the same day (excluding Sundays and holidays). In the case that any of the products you have selected is not available, your order will be dispatched by us on the day that we collect all products. If, for any particular reason, you need part of your order earlier, you can call us at 2810283378 (by 15:00) or email us at to discuss how can we modify it so that you can receive it as early as possible.
For available products, the estimated delivery time is 2-6 working days for shipments in Crete, Attica & Prefecture Capitals. For inaccessible areas, delivery time may be longer.
For tailor made products (custom made products such as: sewing curtains, blinds, roller blinds etc.) the delivery time amounts to 7-15 working days.
In case any of the products you have chosen is in shortage from the manufacturer, we will call you at the contact numbers that you have provided upon placing your order at www.dimakishome.gr, in order to find together a solution for the best possible service.
Small volume orders
Small volume orders are shipped and delivered by the ELTA courier.
The shipping cost is 7,40€.
For cash on delivery, the charge will be 4,40€ extra.
Large volume orders
For large volume products (products from 10 kg and above or items with dimensions from 200*200cm and above or furniture) the shipment is made by the transport company TAO.
The shipping cost for large volume orders (with a transport company) is 13€.
With this shipping method the payment of your purchases should be made either electronically at the time of checkout or by bank transfer. There is no cash on delivery option in this case.
If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased call us at 2810283378 or send us an e-mail at email@example.com within 10 days from the date indicated on the invoice.
To be accepted, returned products must not have been used or washed, must be in the packaging in which you received them, must have all the proof labels of our company or our supplier and must be accompanied by the retail receipt or invoice / shipping label.
In case of a defective product or an error in the order which the company is responsible for, our company will bear the shipping costs. In any other case the shipping costs have to be covered by the customer.
Products that cannot be returned
Sleeping pillows, duvets, quilts, coverings and tailor made orders (special orders made to measure such as: fabric to measure, sewing curtains, blinds, rollers etc.) cannot be returned.
